All the coordinators are informed that 15th convocation ceremony of the university is on 13th January 2009.
Online Computer Programmes : The degree and diploma will be awarded to those students who have successfully completed their Online Computer programmes. To receive a diploma or degree certificate, students should fill the following two Forms:
"Application Form for Convocation(in Marathi)" along with Rs. 200.
"Marks Sheet Requisition Form" along with Rs.200.
Regular Computer Programmes : The students of Regular Computer programmes who have completed (Diploma in Financial Accounting, Diploma in Computer Operations and Diploma in Office Automation and BSc(IT)) should fill the following single Form:
"Application Form for Convocation(in Marathi)" along with Rs. 200.
The above payment is to be made through Demand Draft of Nationalised bank drawn in the name of "Finance Officer YCMOU, Nashik" payable at Nashik.
The students who fail to submit "Convocation Form" shall NOT be issued diploma/degree certificate till next "Convocation Ceremony"(which shall be held after one year). Hence, it is requested that the concerned students should immediately fill the forms and submit them before 31st December, 2008.
Please note that the convocation form as well as Requisition Forms for mark sheets of Degree(third year) and Diploma are given in the attachment. The student should fill the appropriate Forms.
