The university’s 15th Convocation Ceremony will be held on Tuesday, 13th Jan 2009, 11.00 hrs at YCMOU Campus in the presence of Chief Guest His Excellency Shri S.C. Jamir, Governor of Maharashtra and Chancellor of the University.
The students who have successfully completed Engineering Degree and/or Diploma examination in Electronics/Mechanical programme and have no Fee dues are eligible to participate.

Every student is expected to fill the Convocation Form along with the previous year’s mark-sheet (Photo copy) and a DD of the appropriate amount.
The convocation fee of Rs.200.00 is to be paid in the form of DD drawn on any nationalized bank in the name of the “Finance Officer, Y.C.M. Open University” payable at Nashik.
The completed Convocation Form along with DD must be sent / submitted to the COE, Examination Building, Y.C.M. Open University, Dyanangangotri Campus, Near Gangapur Dam, Nashik - 422 222
